Digital Forensics Training

2-day training for law enforcement officers, prosecutors and the incident-handling community on cybercrime and electronic evidence with a special focus on digital forensics.

During the 2 days, the instructors will cover both the technical and legal aspects related to digital forensics, including electronic evidence – its importance, good management, localisation techniques, necessary tools, challenges, as well as the procedural tools for the fight against cybercrime.

The first day focuses on the legal aspects of cybercrime investigation, covering international cooperation aspects and research tools, case and witness management, and good practices of electronic evidence handling.

The second day focuses on technologies, methodologies and computer tools available for criminal investigation.
