Training is delivered in collaboration between the European Union (facilitated by the EU Delegation to Japan and the EU Delegation to Thailand and implemented by the EU-funded project EU CyberNet), the ASEAN-Japan Cybersecurity Capacity Building Centre (AJCCBC), the National Cyber Security Agency of Thailand (NCSA) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The training is technically focused on operational technology (OT) and cloud security risks and the measures needed to address them. It combines practical, hands-on sessions and exercises with targeted discussions to equip participants to manage cyber risks from policy, regulatory and technical perspectives. Through group work, participants will strengthen their ability to identify, assess and respond to OT and cloud-related threats, while also understanding how technical controls align with governance frameworks and incident management practices.

Training is led by the EU CyberNet experts Aldolfo Caldeira from Portugal, Radoslaw Gnat from Poland and Roman Konicek from the Czech Republic. Training will be provided to participants from Brunei, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Timor-Leste and Thailand.
