EU CyberNet Stakeholder Community to Meet in Brussels This Week

On 13 May 2026, EU CyberNet gathers national cyber authorities, cybersecurity organisations, development agencies, think tanks and academic institutions from EU member states as well as the EU CyberNet’s Cyber Project Community encompassing all EU-funded external CCB projects.

The EU CyberNet Stakeholder Community Day centres on the theme “Advancing Europe’s Cybersecurity Partnerships: Made in Europe, Delivered Globally”, offering participants a unique space to exchange knowledge, share experiences and best practices by engaging in thematic and strategic discussions on strengthening EU’s CCB global efforts. 

Agenda features, among other items, three thematic roundtables: 

  • Roundtable on promoting a “Made in Europe” approach through EU’s CCB missions for exploring how EU’s CCB activities can serve as a vehicle for European technology promotion, supporting European industry and in helping building trusted digital ecosystems in partner countries. 
  • Roundtable “Learning from each other – EU CCB vs external CCB approaches” to facilitate a structured exchange on complementarities and divergencies on cyber capacity building. 
  • Roundtable on critical infrastructure in partner countries to discuss how EU’s CCB missions can embed European standards and technology solutions into critical infrastructure support for partner countries. 

Speakers include representatives of European External Action Service (EEAS), Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), Directorate-General for Communications, Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT), European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI),  European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC), EU CyberNet and other CCB implementers.  

The event is organised by EU CyberNet together with the European Commission and the European External Action Service, in cooperation with the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC).
