Cyber Project Community to Meet in Brussels This Week

This week on 28 November, EU CyberNet gathers EU-funded cyber capacity building (CCB) projects and EU institutions for a seminar in Brussels to coordinate EU external CCB building efforts, foster cooperation among projects and coherence with EU policies.

The meeting will provide a forum for discussions for EU institutions and CCB implementers on policy and programming updates, operational information about activities and coordination. Cyber Project Community meeting will explore several themes that shape the future of cyber capacity building such as recent international developments in capacity building, ensuring impact and sustainability of CCB efforts at national level and strengthening coherence in EU partnerships globally.

Agenda features speakers from EU CyberNet and CCB projects, European Commission Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI), European External Action Service (EEAS), European Commission Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), European Commission Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood (DG ENEST), European Commission Directorate-General for Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf (DG MENA), Council of Europe, e-Governance Academy, European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) and ESIWA+.
