Description

Tallinn Mechanism (TM) is a new format for donor coordination to get the necessary civilian cyber security assistance to Ukraine in more efficient, agile and streamlined way. TM is structured on three levels: front office in Kyiv, back office in Warsaw, and coordination group including all donor countries and Ukraine.

Participating donor countries are Estonia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States; in addition to these 10 countries, the EU and NATO are participating as observers.
