EU-Singapore ARF Workshop

EU CyberNet participates in the EU-Singapore ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Workshop, taking place on 21 July 2026 in Singapore under the title “National and Regional Approaches to Incident Management of ICT-Enabled Critical Infrastructure.

EU CyberNet deputy project director Cormac Callanan moderates an interactive roundtable titled “Communication, Points of Contact and Voluntary Exchanges Following ICT Incidents Affecting Critical Infrastructure”. Roundtable discusses how ARF participants can communicate, clarify and coordinate following ICT incidents affecting critical infrastrcuture while respecting national procedures, sensitivities and the voluntary nature of existing channels. Roundtable includes framing inputs from EEAS and Malaysia’s NACSA.

EU CyberNet Expert and representative of Estonian Information System Authority Seiko Kuik speakes in a panel session “Defining Critical Infrastructure in Practice.” Session seeks to discuss how countries define, identify, prioritise and organise the protection of critical infrastructure or critical information structure with examples from Singapore, Estonia, Indonesia and the EU.
