EU CyberNet External Cyber Capacity Building training

On 20-22 September, EU CyberNet will conduct training on “EU External Cyber Capacity Building” for the personnel of EU delegations in Sub-Saharan Africa. The training will take place in Nairobi, Kenya.

The training in Nairobi, Kenya follows the very first edition by EU CyberNet that was delivered in April 2022 in Istanbul to EU delegations in the Western Balkans, Eastern Partnership and Southern Neighbourhood.

Over 3 days, programme managers and specialists from EU delegations in 16 African countries and from 1 Member State will follow presentations by EU CyberNet experts Ms Nayia Barmpaliou and Dr Patryk Pawlak to improve their skills in the identification and formulation of new external cyber capacity building projects, with focus on African continent. The training takes place in cooperation with the Directorate-General for International Partnerships of the European Commission, the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments and is supported by EUCN team.
