The panel is addressing the main challenges in the international cooperation in the field of cyber security and the role European Union could play in third countries. Speakers share their personal assessment on the existing cooperation models, highlight priorities for future capacity building activities and debate on the next steps that could improve European Union contribution in third countries with a view to ensure sustainability and complementarity.

Speakers share their practical experience on the ground with internationally funded projects, relevant capability gaps that they have indicated and provide general recommendations for improved coordination and management of future activities.
